Defendants appeal a general judgment dismissing all claims against them, allowing a request for an enhanced prevailing party fee, but denying their request for attorney fees. They argue that the trial court erred in denying the fee request. Plaintiff cross-appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in allowing the request for an enhanced prevailing party fee.
