¶ 1. This case arises from the Circuit Court of Warren County’s dismissal of Tequelia Thomas’s appeal for failure to file a brief. The appeal was taken from a decision of the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission which affirmed the decision of an administrative law judge denying Thomas’s claim for worker’s compensation benefits.
