FACTS

¶ 1. Frankie Wade, Jr. and Katina Wade were married in 1996 and separated in August 2005. One child, Kameshia, was born into the marriage on February 14, 1997. On November 15, 2005, Frankie filed a complaint in the Chancery Court of Forrest County seeking a divorce from Katina.
