COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

Julie Miller pled guilty to perjury, and the district court

sentenced her to the statutory maximum term of 60 months’ imprisonment. This sentence represented a substantial increase from the advisory guideline range of 18-24 months, and Miller appeals the sentence.
