BAUER, Circuit Judge.

Jerry McCoy and Marvin Artley pleaded guilty to drug-related offenses in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1), respectively. The district court sentenced McCoy to 328 months’ imprisonment and imposed a fine of $50,000 and sentenced Artley to 125 months’ imprisonment.
