KOVAC, Judge.

A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of larceny, transporting a machine-gun in interstate commerce, and possessing a firearm not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record, in violation of Articles 121 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 934.
