Defendant-appellant Aaron L. Van Dyke appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on December 12, 2005, sentencing him to 100 months imprisonment following a plea of guilty to one count of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
