Leonides Acosta-Quinones pled guilty to illegally re-entering the United States after a previous deportation. See 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a)(1) — (2), (b)(2). He was sentenced to 87 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment. On appeal, Mr.
