SUMMARY ORDER

Defendant Luis Santiago appeals the sentence imposed following his plea of guilty to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(l)(B)(ii), 846. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, the procedural history, and the issues presented for review.
