PER CURIAM:

Terrell Washington pled guilty to aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (2000), and was sentenced to 240 months in prison. He now appeals. The United States has moved to dismiss the appeal, based on Washington’s waiver of his appellate rights. Washington opposes the motion.
