This cause came before the Court on February 23, 2007, upon the Defendant’s Plea in Bar. At that time, the Defendant withdrew his Plea in Bar as to personal jurisdiction and as to the application of the statute of limitations to events alleged to have occurred on or after August 18, 2003.
