MEMORANDUM AND DECISION DENYING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Plaintiffs move this court pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.3 to reconsider its Memorandum and Order entered on December 7, 2006, which denied plaintiffs’ motion for class certification without prejudice. Iglesias-Mendoza v. La Belle Farm, Inc. 2006 WL 3634567 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 7, 2006).
