A.

Section 42 of Article 49B (b)(1) provides that claims for discrimination in Prince George’s, Montgomery, and Howard Counties “be commenced in the circuit court for the county in which the alleged discrimination took place not later than 2 years after the occurrence of the alleged discriminatory act.
