Jerry Guese (“Movant”) appeals the denial of a Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct the Judgment and Sentence under Rule 29.15.

Movant sought post-conviction relief for his conviction of child molestation in the first degree, in violation of section 566.067, for which Movant was sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
