Janet Ridings brought this action alleging that her former employer, Riverside Medical Center, interfered with her rights and retaliated against her in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) and retaliated against her in violation of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act. The district court granted Riverside’s motion for summary judgment on all claims.
