FELIPE REYNA, Justice.
Sonny Wilson, a Texas inmate, filed an
informa pawperis
lawsuit against the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, complaining that the funds in his inmate trust account were improperly seized after a disciplinary action finding him liable for property damage. The TDCJ filed an
amicus curiae
advisory requesting dismissal of the suit.
