Plaintiff Kathleen A. Serwatka, a former employee of defendant Rockwell Automation, Inc., brought this action under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., alleging that defendant discriminated against her by discharging her because it regarded her as being disabled.
