The plaintiffs in this action are the Connecticut Bar Association (“CBA”), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (“NACBA”), several individual bankruptcy attorneys, a family law attorney, a creditors’ law firm, and an individual client of an attorney.
