Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), Appellant Michael Wright Construction Co., Inc. (“Wright”) has appealed the United States Bankruptcy Court’s September 12, 2007 and April 22, 2008 orders granting Appel-lees Kara Homes, Inc. and its affiliates’ (collectively, “Appellees” or “Kara Homes”) motions for summary judgment.
