This is a dispute concerning the disposition of funds at a mortgage closing. Plaintiffs David and Angela Roberts are homeowners who took out a mortgage loan from Ameriquest Mortgage Company. Defendant George T. Crowley was the attorney representing Ameriquest in connection with the loan.
