This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for attorneys’ fees.

By consent of the parties, the Court stayed the litigation on the reasonableness of plaintiffs’ claim for attorneys’ fees by Order of April 10, 2008, pending resolution of plaintiffs’ argument that they were prevailing parties in this lawsuit.
