Before the court are various motions of the defendant Motorola, Inc. (“Motorola” or “the defendant”). Motorola moves to dismiss all of the claims brought by the plaintiffs, Research in Motion Limited and Research in Motion Corporation (collectively, “the plaintiffs” or “RIM”).
