ORDER

Before this Court is Defendants’ Motion for a Continuance. (Doc. 113.) Therein, Defendants ask this Court to stay the entire case, or, in the alternative, the portion of the case relating to the procedural due process claim, pending an interlocutory appeal of the denial of qualified immunity. For the reasons that follow, Defendants’ Motion is DENIED.
