DECISION. *Page 2 {¶ 1} Yosiah Pitts was arrested on two counts of felonious assault for beating his girlfriend, Amber Key. Pitts pleaded guilty to one of the charges, and the prosecutor dismissed the other charge. Before Pitts's sentencing, Key submitted an affidavit asking the court not to send Pitts to prison. Pitts moved to withdraw his guilty plea; the trial court denied the motion.
