OPINION {¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Kenneth Fowler, Frank Martin, and the class they seek to represent, appeal from Jefferson County Common Pleas Court judgments denying their motion for class certification and denying their motion to amend their second amended complaint. {¶ 2} Fowler and Martin propose that they are typical class members of the class they seek to represent.
