OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, Theresa Bowling, appeals from the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas awarding appellee, Walmart Stores, Inc., summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the trial court's order. {¶ 2} On September 1, 2002, appellant was shopping at the Eastlake Walmart.
