LEVY, J.

[¶ 1] Jayne E. Oakes appeals from a divorce judgment entered in the District Court (West Bath, Field, /.), asserting that the court erred in its division of marital property. We do not reach this issue because the judgment must be vacated and the case remanded to allow the court to act on Jayne’s motion for findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 52.
