Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Devine, J.), entered July 10, 2007 in Schoharie County, which, among other things, denied defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment.

In June 1987, decedent opened a checking account at Central National Bank. On the signature card, decedent indicated that no right of survivorship was intended on the account.
