{¶ 1} This matter was before the court on January 29, 2008, pursuant to a motion to consolidate filed by the state of Ohio, a motion to sever filed by the defendant, Clarence W. Barnes, and a motion for more specific bill of particulars filed by the defendant. A hearing was held on those motions and was continued in progress until March 7, 2008.
