This case is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (“PwC” or “defendant”) moves for dismissal of Plaintiff Harold Schuler’s (“Schuler” or “plaintiff’) remaining age discrimination claims, brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
