Eusebio Nevarez appeals from the order of the district court summarily dismissing his petition for post-conviction relief.

FACTUAL & PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

In the underlying criminal case, Nevarez pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to traffic in methamphetamine, Idaho Code § 37-27S2B(a)(4)(C) and (b). Prior to sentencing, he moved to withdraw his guilty plea.
