BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

Barry Birdsong appeals from the denial of his plea in bar of former jeopardy, arguing that the trial court improperly granted the State’s motion for mistrial on the ground that cross-examination of the victim (Birdsong’s ex-wife) violated the Rape Shield Statute.

For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
