In this post-conviction relief (PCR) case, we granted a writ of certiorari to review the PCR court’s order granting Respondent Ernest Battle relief. We reverse.

Factual/Procedural Background

Respondent was indicted for trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to distribute within proximity of a school, and conspiracy to violate narcotic laws.
