MEMORANDUM OPINION

T.S. ELLIS, III, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a subcontractor, brings this Miller Act, 40 U.S.C. § 3131

et seq.,

suit against the co-sureties on payment bonds to recover for work performed on two federal construction projects pursuant to contracts with the projects’ general contractor.
