Jones (A.J.) — the executor of Jacqueline Polk Jones’s estate — and Martha Polk Douglas (Martha) seeking to partition the real property Frank Abner Polk (Frank), Jacqueline Polk Jones (Jacqueline), and Martha inherited from their parents, E.C. and Ruth Polk.
