Otis L. Johnson appeals from the judgment of the Mobile Circuit Court finding that he did not have a prescriptive easement over property adjacent to his, condemning a strip of property for his use as a means of ingress and egress to his property, and ordering him to pay compensation to the owners of the property condemned.
