Darrell Lawshe was employed as a foreman for Fluor Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Fluor Signature Services (“Fluor”). On November 4, 2006, Lawshe and his crew were loading a piece of metal shaped like a “T” (“the T-bar”) onto the roof rack on a pickup truck.
