|2On June 28, 2007, A.J.B. Properties, L.L.C. (“AJB”) filed a “Petition for Mandamus,” against Jon Gegenheimer, the Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder of Mortgages for Jefferson Parish (“Clerk of Court”), seeking an order requiring him to set aside the cancellation of two mortgages in the Jefferson Parish mortgage records and to re-inscribe these mortgages.
