Appellants, Zupnik Haverland, LLC and Platte River Insurance Company, appeal the final judgment in favor of Current Builders of Florida, Inc., in which the trial court enforced a foreclosure of a transfer bond on a construction lien. Appellants also appeal the final judgment in favor of the subcontractor, Power Design, Inc.
