Darrin Henry Engelbrecht a/k/a Darrin H. Engelbrecht appeals his conviction for felony driving while intoxicated (“DWI”). On appeal, Engelbrecht contends that using his two prior DWI convictions to elevate his current case to a third-degree felony violated his constitutional rights.
