This bankruptcy appeal arises from each of the four sets of Appellants’ purchase of separate $2,950,000 mortgage loans covering the same residential property.

The borrower and residence owner, Vijay K. Taneja (“Taneja” or “Debtor”), and several of his corporate affiliates filed voluntary Chapter 11 petitions on June 9, 2008.
