On February 6, 2005, Meyer’s Bakeries, Inc. (Debtor) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On March 23, 2006, the case was converted to Chapter 7 and Richard L. Cox was appointed Trustee (Trustee).
