STREIT, Justice.
Elizabeth DeBoom was fired from her job at Raining Rose, Inc. shortly after returning from maternity leave. She filed suit against the company alleging she was impermissibly fired because of her sex and pregnancy. After a defense verdict, De-Boom appealed alleging several deficiencies in the jury instructions.
