The defendant, Angel Almodovar, appeals the decision of the Superior Court

(Vaughan,

J.) denying his motion to correct his imposed deferred sentences. We vacate and remand.

The record reveals the following facts. On January 4,1996, the defendant pleaded guilty to three counts of felonious sexual assault.
