Appellant was convicted of possessing a prohibited weapon, a switchblade knife, and sentenced to forty-five days in jail. Appellant raises five issues on appeal, challenging the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress, the legal sufficiency of the evidence, and the jury charge.
