INTRODUCTION

This ease arises out of Defendants’ decision to terminate Plaintiffs employment after a tragic and accidental non-workplace injury that rendered Plaintiff quadriplegic. Plaintiff initiated this action in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama, Clayton Division, alleging that the termination was contrary to law.
