MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BABCOCK, District Judge.

This matter is before me on a Motion to Remand Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c) [Doc. # 11], in which Plaintiff, Plum Creek Wastewater Authority (“Plum Creek”), asks that this matter be remanded back to District Court for Douglas County, Colorado, following a Notice of Removal filed by Defendant Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. (“Aqua-Aerobic”).
