I. INTRODUCTION

PanAgora Asset Management, Inc. (“PanAgora”)moves for Partial Summary Judgment on Count I of its Complaint, seeking a Declaration that the retention (i.e. deductible) applicable to its claim on an insurance policy with the Defendant, St. Paul Mercury Insurance (“Travelers”), is in the sum of $500,000.
