COFFIN, United States Magistrate Judge:

Before the court is plaintiffs Oregon Family Leave Act claim (# 1). For the following reasons, the court finds that plaintiff proved by a preponderance of the evidence that defendant refused, without reasonable cause, to reinstate her after she took family medical leave pursuant to the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA), ORS 659A.
