This appeal arises from an order granting grandparent visitation. Appellants are the paternal grandparents of the child. They initiated the underlying proceeding by filing a petition against the biological parents of the child seeking to be named as the joint managing conservators of the child. Appellees are the maternal grandparents of the child.
